Terms of Service
We wrote these in plain English on purpose. No one should need a lawyer to understand what they're agreeing to. These terms cover our agreement between you and Hosting Cloudly, operated by SenseSys.

1. Use of Service
Welcome to Hosting Cloudly! By signing up and using our services, you're agreeing to follow these rules. Think of it like the agreement you'd make when renting an apartment — we provide the space, you use it responsibly.
You must be at least 13 years old to use our services. If you're under 18, you need a parent or guardian's permission. You're responsible for keeping your account login details safe — don't share your password with others.
You agree to provide accurate information when signing up. If anything changes (like your email or billing address), please update your account details promptly.
2. Your Account
Your account is yours — you're responsible for everything that happens under it. If you think someone else has gotten into your account, contact us immediately at support@hostingcloudly.com.
One person or business should use one account. If you're managing websites for clients, you can host multiple sites under your account, but the account itself belongs to you.
We may suspend or close accounts that show signs of unauthorized access or suspicious activity, to protect you and other customers.
3. Payments & Refunds
Hosting plans are billed on the schedule you choose (monthly or annually). Your plan renews automatically — we'll send you a reminder email before each renewal so there are no surprises.
If you're not happy in your first 30 days, we offer a full refund. Just reach out to support@hostingcloudly.com and we'll sort it out. After 30 days, we can offer a prorated credit toward a different plan.
Domain name registrations and SSL certificates are non-refundable once activated, since these are registered on your behalf with third-party registries.
If a payment fails, we'll notify you and give you a 7-day grace period to update your billing info before any services are interrupted.
4. Acceptable Use Policy
Our services are for building legitimate websites, blogs, online stores, and apps. Here's what's NOT allowed:
• Sending spam emails or running mass email campaigns without permission from recipients • Hosting illegal content of any kind • Using our servers to attack other websites (DDoS attacks, hacking attempts) • Mining cryptocurrency using our shared resources • Hosting phishing pages designed to steal people's information • Sharing pirated software, movies, music, or other copyrighted material without permission
If we find content that violates these rules, we'll notify you and may take it down. Repeated or serious violations may result in account termination.
5. Uptime & Service Availability
We promise to keep your website online at least 99.9% of the time. That means less than 9 hours of downtime per year — and most of that would be scheduled maintenance, which we always announce in advance.
If we ever fall below our 99.9% uptime commitment in any given month, contact us and we'll credit your account accordingly.
Some things are outside our control — major internet outages, natural disasters, or infrastructure attacks. We'll always do our best to minimize the impact and keep you informed.
6. Limitation of Liability
We work hard to keep your data safe and your websites running. However, we strongly recommend keeping your own backups of your website files and databases — even though we take regular backups too.
In the unlikely event something goes wrong, our liability is limited to the amount you've paid us in the last 3 months. We can't be held responsible for lost business revenue, reputation damage, or other indirect losses.
This isn't us trying to dodge responsibility — it's standard practice for hosting companies, and it's why our prices can stay low.
7. Termination
You can cancel your account at any time — no questions asked, no exit fees. Just log in and go to Account Settings, or email support@hostingcloudly.com.
When you cancel, your websites and data will remain accessible until the end of your current billing period. After that, your data will be permanently deleted from our servers within 30 days.
We can terminate accounts that seriously or repeatedly violate these terms. We'll always try to give notice before doing so, except in cases of illegal activity.
