Who owns the data?
You do. Your CRM database, message storage, and WhatsApp session details are yours. We can export them anytime if you decide to migrate later.
How does the WhatsApp connection work?
You will access your dashboard, click “Connect” and scan a QR code using your regular WhatsApp app (under Linked Devices). That is it! No official API approval needed.
Can we hook up our own AI keys?
Yes. By default, you can use our pooled AI model. If you want high-volume custom replies, you can enter your own AI API key securely from your dashboard settings.
